One of the most useful reasons to choose a taxi from Barcelona Airport is that you do not have to finish your journey at a train or bus station.
If your hotel is in central Barcelona, the taxi can take you directly to the accommodation.

When making your reservation, provide your flight number and arrival details.
Go BCN Taxi's airport-transfer service is designed around flight arrivals, with flight monitoring used to adjust pickup arrangements when required.

Flight delays can create unnecessary stress if your taxi is arranged around the original landing time.
Go BCN Taxi states that drivers monitor actual flight information and adjust their arrival time if the flight is delayed.
For an airport transfer, this is more useful than simply advertising a generic “24/7 taxi” service because the pickup is linked to the passenger's actual flight.

A hotel transfer can be booked from the airport directly to the hotel's address.

This helps avoid confusion when several hotels have similar names or when your accommodation is just outside the central tourist area.
Travelling with a group does not always work well with standard airport transport.
Go BCN Taxi provides different vehicle options, including larger vehicles for groups and additional luggage requirements.
If you are booking for a group, provide the passenger count and luggage requirements when requesting your taxi.
This helps avoid splitting your group between multiple cars.

For some travellers, public transport may be suitable. However, a taxi can be more practical when the priority is direct travel to a specific address.
